WHO WE ARE
Kaiyuh Information Technologies, LLC or "KIT" is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and certified 8(a) small business. KIT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gana-A'Yoo, Limited which has provided high-quality products and services to the federal government and industry for nearly 40 years.
OUR ADVANTAGE
Traditional contracting processes cause you to wait months or years for services and technologies you need today. Through the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Congress granted ANCs special rights for government and Department of Defense contracts. We can receive unlimited direct award/sole source, non-protestable, 8(a) contracts, regardless of dollar size, and with no upper limit. That means we get what you need now.
OUR MISSION & HISTORY
Our mission is to rapidly deliver high-quality professional services, logistics and technology solutions to the federal government and industry. Our vision is to become our customer's first choice of Alaska Native Corporations by providing exemplary products, services and value. Our promise to you is to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable cost, in an ethical and transparent manner. We are committed to earning your trust and your repeat business.
Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) are the result of the passage of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), signed into law by President Richard Nixon in 1971. The act intended to resolve long-standing issues surrounding aboriginal land claims, and stimulate economic development throughout Alaska and settle land and financial claims. ANCs are responsible for promoting economic development. To help jump-start reservation economies, Congress provided ANCs unique rights in the Federal procurement process and provided federal agencies and contractors with strong incentives to contract with ANCs.
ANCs have a broader purpose than average/typical business corporations. They are expected, through business, to improve the lives of their shareholders. When companies do business with us, they help provide training and educational opportunities, preserve Alaska Native culture, invest in village communities and help ensure the future of our people.
